BlueScale is a boutique MSP who specialises in SMB and NFP organisations in NSW. We work with clients to manage their IT end to end, much like an outsourced internal IT department. We specialise in managing:
• IT procurement, along with subsequent vendor and supplier relationship management
• Enterprise architecture design and direction
• Project planning and implementation
• IT operations and ongoing user support
Coupled with our experience in IT management and strategy reporting to Board, CEO, Business Management and User layers, we act as an economical virtual IT department for complete business technology requirements.
BlueScale was created by our directors to offer a better IT experience than the traditional MSP. We are looking to continue this legacy by continuing to grow our team with passionate and ambitious people. We have experienced substantial financial growth over the last few years and our various departments and teams have subsequently increased, with new roles being created and more on the way.


Helpdesk Support

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of technology for business success, and how technological efficiencies are primary in assisting SMB and NFP organisations to be sustainable. This is a learning based role where you will be responsible for hundreds of Servers, Cloud Systems, and PCs across multiple APAC locations. These servers and systems are the heart and lungs of our client organisations. Given the breadth and responsibility of the role, this will set you on an accelerated path to senior level positions.

Ideal for a recent graduate, a practical understanding of the following is preferred however the role will provide you with an extensive in-depth knowledge.

  • Cloud services
  • Virtualisation
  • Security
  • ITIL
  • Enterprise infrastructure
  • Mobile support
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange/Office365/Google Apps
  • Windows desktop and servers
  • Networking services

Our chosen team members will have exceptional phone manner and clear communication skills. Account management will feature heavily in the role as you will be assigned a few clients to personally manage with your team. A personable and understanding approach to your role is essential to good relationship management with your clients.
Tertiary education is preferred and driving license is mandatory as occasional travel will be required.
